Hi, my name is Callum. 

Your journey is unique and so are the challenges that come with it.

Whether you’re dealing with setbacks, lack of focus and direction, or not getting to where you want to be, it can be hard to know where to start or how to move forward. You might have goals you care deeply about, but something keeps getting in the way, physically, mentally, or both.

My approach to training is built around helping you understand your body on a deeper level, working through limitations, and moving you towards whatever “better” looks and feels like for you. That might mean building strength, recovering from injury, regaining confidence, or finding a more balanced relationship with training.

Behind the work I do is years of lived experience, of pushing too far, facing injury, and having to rebuild from the ground up. That journey led me to a more holistic understanding of training, combining physical, mental, and deeper internal work.

So instead of forcing your body into someone else’s idea of progress, the focus is on working with your specific body, helping you move better, feel better, and move closer to your own unique potential.
