Changing rooms
Designed for YOU
We gave both the ladies and gents changing rooms a huge overhaul, fully tiled, with new showers, lockers, GHD hair dryers, straighteners and curling devices for the ladies (and gents).
Both have infra red saunas that are designed to heat you from within which is great to aid with injury healing and also burn body fat.
We have a cleaning team that come in 3 times weekly and of course our team carry out 3 hourly changing room checks to keep them clean and always ready for use.
